“Great course, so helpful for refreshing knowledge on practical training. Covers everything, I found it useful how it went through the steps one by one on how to respond to each scenario. Hopefully I will never have to use it - but essential to know how to respond so thank you!”

“The question exercises throughout the different modules sometimes contained questions/answers that were not covered in the previous slides. The drag & drop exercises became frustrating if an answer/s were in the wrong place because there was not a way to know how many were incorrect & therefore which ones were wrong.”
