I'm concerned at the advice that you should give CPR for one minute before contacting an emergency service, as that minute could be key in saving that child's life. Obviously you want to start CPR as soon as possible but spending 5 seconds to dial 999 and put it on speakerphone is a really important step and waiting a whole minute could be critical. I am also concerned by the advice that if a child isn't breathing properly you start CPR immediately without assessing bleeding, as a previous 999 call handler we would always advise a caller to manage the bleed as doing CPR whilst someone is bleeding will cause the bleeding to get much worse. Might be worth looking at the specifics of the wording or including options for if a child is bleeding and not breathing as I don't think the advice you currently offer is correct or possibly just not specific enough. Also I think you should be able to click through rather than waiting for each segment to load at it's own pace, I am a much faster reader than this training could account for which was really frustrating and also took up a lot of my time with unnecessary waiting.
