“Some of the videos were completely unnecessary (like turning off the extension cable's plug socket as an example of danger... Either explain why that's a danger, or it feels like a joke.), and certain language being used without explanation (EG 'casualty') can lead to assumptions and make things difficult for learners. (Even if we've done a physical course before.) - That said, I liked the specific denotation of symptoms on different skin tones, and overall found it helpful so thank you.”
