“I do not believe the answer for the question on febrile seizures was within the information provided. It would be really helpful to see what answers we got incorrect so that if it was a life or death situation you would know what to do.”

Hello Charlotte, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and your feedback, we appreciate it. I have spoken to our content team regarding your feedback and they have checked through the course and the question you mentioned and answer from the assessment is definitely covered in the course content. It is in Module 5 on Page 9 or 18. The question is "If a child is having a febrile seizure, what should you do?" with the correct answer being "Put them into the recovery position and monitor the condition". When completing the assessment you will be told whether you got the answer correct or incorrect however se don't provide a full set of answers because this could allow a learner to simply guess the first time around, get the right and wrong answers, and then go through it again without having to rethink. “The course was informative and detailed - with good video inclusion - and I would recommend it as an excellent starting point. I would, however, like an element of interaction with an expert to allow for clarification and/questioning. I would really like the chance to refresh my practical skills in CPR etc. too.”
