“Delivery is very long, dry, and monotonous. Actually useful information is buried in hours of fluff (like "HSE highlights lots of incidents occur every year because of electricity" - give me a number or don't both saying a nothing statement). You'd do better having creatively interactive content throughout in different formats to maintain engagement. Then you wouldn't need to force me to sit and listen to a slide I've already read for an unecessarily long time before clicking next”
