“Course was very dry, just a PowerPoint/presentation being read out with the odd multiple choice questions thrown in. I have also completed your Leadership and Management course and while that was also dry, at least there was a workbook of different activities to do to allow engagement. This gave some tips but I didn't find as helpful. I found myself wanting to switch off from it, it was very boring. I would not recommend it to someone. I was hoping this might help me to progress to a PA at some point in the future but if a future employer was to look into this course I am not sure that they would be very impressed. It will give them a good impression that I tried to develop but they might not think I was ready to progress.”
