“As a nurse who has been away from the bedside for a few years, I was a bit worried when I saw that my first course of my program would be pharmacology (cue flashbacks to the nightmare of pharmacology in nursing school!). However, the lectures in this course were very informative and Dr. Busti does a great job of covering pharmacodynamics/pharmacokinetics with consideration for their application in clinical practice. Again, as someone who has not been at the bedside lately, I do wish there was a bit more discussion about the clinical application. However, I never felt like I was completely in the dark or too far behind. Great course. I’d recommend!”

“Pharmacology was the topic I was most intimidated by when I started my Nurse Practitioner program. Dr. Busti’s lectures provide detailed information, that might seem like too much initially, but over time it all starts to make sense and you realize it is a necessary overview as to why certain medications are preferred over others. He also takes the time to highlight what we need to know in practice and for exams. He’s engaging and has a subtle sense of humor, which makes the time spent pass quickly.
