“Happy with taking it to help my cholesterol instead of using statins prescribed by GP. After few months and blood test evidence my cholesterol was reduced . Happy to continue to taking this.”
“A bit too soon to know, I have been taking since December and I will have a better idea when I have my next blood test but I took them several years ago and they reduced my cholesterol significantly. There is a caution that taking Red sterol complex can lower our natural supply of coenzyme q10 (the same happens if you take statins) side effects include muscle aches. For this reason we recommend that Co Q10 supplement should be taken alongside the Red sterol complex to alleviate these symptoms.
