“I never got it, and also I phoned, and the Lady told me she'll send it a second time, I never received thateither. I know that is not the fault of the team ,but the fault of Royal mail, higher Nature should look for another company to deliver their goods. Royal Mail doesn't even leave cards anymore, so one can not track it.”

We're sorry to hear that you did not receive your orders. Every order we send through Royal Mail uses a tracked service so we are able to follow it's journey to every customer. After checking the tracking numbers for your original order and the replacement order, we can see that Royal Mail have marked the replacement order as delivered on the 23rd January. They have also provided a proof of delivery photo for reference.
