“I was big fan of the old True Food Supernutrition Plus and excited to try this replacement but I can honestly (and sadly) say that the tablets are too disgusting to continue with. The tablets are huge but the main problem is that the outer coating is just vile, even with a serious glug of water. I doubt I will finish the bottle and I certainly won't be buying more. As I've so far only managed to take the odd one, irregularly, there's no way of telling whether these tablets are anything like as effective as the old ones were. Alas, a huge disappointment.”

The ingredients in this product are 100% natural and are encapsulated with a flavourless HPMC capsule sourced from wood pulp, rather than being a solid, pressed tablet like the old True Food Supernutrition Plus which was discontinued in 2020.
