HIPLOK JAW - WALL BIKE RACK Reviews

4 Rating 19 Reviews
I ordered 4 of these items on a 2 for one offer. The first arrival was just 2 items which was a packaging mistake from Hiplok. One phone call sorted it out and the other two items arrived 4 days later. So other than the initial problem Hiplok handled it very well.

Felt compelled to write this after reading all the negative reviews. It’s a great bit of kit and it works exactly as I expected. Easy to install with good instructions.

Bought 4 of these for my e-bikes. They can’t handle the weight even without the batteries. Any slight pressure they unclip and your bike falls off the wall. If the tyre twists at all when clipped in it presses on the release clips and the bike fall out. Poor design.

Thanks for leaving us a review and providing your feedback, we'll certainly take this on board. The JAW is not designed to be weight bearing, it's designed just to store the bike so the rear wheel should always rest the ground. We're sorry if this was not clear.

Was a little dubious about buying but wish I’d bought sooner. So easy to store (4 bikes) and access either of them as required. Plus the space gained storing vertically compared to bikes being horizontal is so beneficial. I would recommend using the Z Lok for additional peace of mind and that is also a great little device to take on your travels as well. Can’t really judge on quality as too soon to say but they seem substantially enough. So far really pleased with them.

These are great for a multitude of wheel sizes, deep 60mm and wide 2.4 MTB although with the road wheels I would suggest the z lock too for extra security.

The product is great simple push in pull out design that holds bikes firm. Simple installation had 2 of these and 2 anchors up and bikes locked to the walls in under 30 minutes with no issues what so ever. Only downside is if the bikes get knocked a lot they can pull out of the grips so worth getting the mini locks to go round the wheels and tyres to add the extra security to the system and make it harder for the not nice people to take your pride and joy.

Pointless, won’t hold the weight of a bike.
