Website was relatively easy to navigate, delivery was on the date I chose. I was notified of the progress of the delivery too.

“Absolutely disgusted. If I could give zero stars I would. I bought this book as an 80th birthday present for my dad. It's supposed to be the front page on every birthday of his life. The very first page (the one that's always going to be scrutinized the most) was not only the wrong day, but was a year out. I complained and was given some flannel about how they're going to look into it, but after a couple of emails they just stopped communicating. Don't fall for it, once they've taken your money you're dead to them.”
