“Excellent communication and resolution to an initial mistake I made on the order. However, when the paper arrived it was defaced by biro internally which wasn’t communicated pre-sale or reflected in the price. It also wasn’t the original paper I ordered as it transpired they didn’t have this, despite it showing as in-stock.”
