“Ordered for a 70th birthday present and paid nearly £40 on top of the purchase price for international delivery to New Zealand but because the postcode was been entered on two different lines (NZ postcodes are in a different place in the address from the U.K.) the order wasn’t processed. There was no contact from the company letting me know there had been a problem with the order until I followed up after the missed birthday. It was finally delivered nearly three weeks later. I’m sure the newspaper was fine but the customer service was non-existent. If they can’t handle international delivery they shouldn’t claim to do so.”
