“I have purchased this bag twice one in purple and now one in navy. I would have bought the bright pink one as well but as I have had such difficulty in obtaining the 15% discount and returns that I am waiting until all monies have been refunded before buying anything else. My one wish is that the handle could be removable or adjustable.”
