“Only rated 3 because it was too big and had to return it. I ordered 14 thinking I would wear a jumper under it but infact I think that would have been far too warm so a12 would have been fine.”

“This coat looked very nice on the website and with over 50% off was a great buy. The coat is very warm. I liked the colour which is a grey/brown. Very good size hood. I would say true to size. Disappointingly though the zip of my coat was catching on fabric and got well and truly stuck. This kept happening and so the coat was returned. The returns process is a bit of a rigmarole. The faults form has to be downloaded, printed, completed, scanned then emailed to customer service. So far I've not had any acknowledgement from Hobbs to say that they have the return so I can't comment on how long the refund will take. Altogether a disappointing experience.”
