“Item nice but Hobbs customer service ridiculous. I received a message after item had been dispatched with a change to the terms and conditions I’d already accepted. “We noticed that the return instructions on your dispatch note contain some inaccuracies. We’re actively working to correct this, but in the meantime, here’s the correct process for returning your items if needed:” One can’t change the acceoted terms post dispatch. Hobbs this is unlawful”
