Here at Hobbs we have changed our packaging to be more environmentally friendly. However I have raised your comments so we can try our best to find a packaging that still protects our beautiful garments. “Beautiful jacket have to send the jacket back to Hobbs as it arrived in a paper bag, soaking wet so I’ve got my money back wasn’t even protected by polythene”
