“I’m very pleased with this dress. It’s an excellent fit and looks good under the matching jacket. I’m particularly pleased with how customer services resolved the issue of the original parcel being lost by the courier!”

“The dress has a good shape and is well made. Unfortunately it arrived so badly creased that I couldn’t wear it. The Hobbs customer service requested a photo. I sent a photo and they told me to get it professionally pressed and ironed and promised to reimburse the cost if I sent the receipt. I sent the receipt a week ago but I’m still waiting for a credit. The dress is great now I’ve had it professionally pressed but I’m very disappointed by Hobbs Customer service.”
