“I previously purchased this dress but had to return it due to a faulty neckline. As I really liked this dress I decided to order it again hoping that the second one would be perfect. Unfortunately this was not to be as it had the same fault (although not quite as bad as the first one) and there was something wrong with the bodice lining which created a ridge at the front when tried on. I suspect it had not been pressed correctly. Also when I received this parcel the outer paper packaging had been ripped and repaired with green tape and the inner polythene bag containing the dress was not even sealed. The tissue paper wrapping looked the worse for wear also which led me to think that perhaps this dress had been returned by someone before me. Very disappointing quality for quite a pricy dress and I think I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.”

“Bought this in a petite size 14 which usually fits perfectly. Unfortunately there was something not quite right with the neckline at the back. Instead of being a snug fit it gaped quite a bit when the zip was done up so unfortunately I had to return it.”
