I am so sorry to hear that your beautiful order arrived creased due to the packaging, I can imagine how upsetting this must be for you. Here at Hobbs we have changed our packaging to be more environmentally friendly, however, I have raised your comments so we can improve our packaging to prevent this from happening again to any of our customers.
