“Lovely dress but I ordered this along with some others for choice. The 12 was too big and although described as 'midi' it was more of a maxi dress on me. I am 165 cms tall/average height so I wasn't expecting this to be so long.”

“I am very dissatisfied with your performance because you did not accept my cancellation request and caused me to pay an additional 112 euros for Italian customs fees. As a student, you put me under financial pressure and when I asked for a tax exemption form, you did not provide it to me. I bought this outfit for my mother's birthday and wanted to take it with me to Iran, but I was forced to pay the Italian country tax as well. I did not expect such unprofessional behavior from you and I will not buy from you again. I will also share this bitter buying experience from your collection with my friends.”

I apologise we were unable to cancel your order, I can see we advised you we could have the order returned to us and then refund you for the order. I also apologise you were disappointed by the customs fee, unfortunately, this is not something we have control over, this is set by DHL. I apologise for the disappointment this ha caused.
