“Lovely tailored skirt but too much excess fabric on hips, makes me look wide. If I altered skirt and straightened off hips, I would lose "pencil" shape. However, it would probably look better if I tapered it in as well so I get a rather more "SHARPER pencil shape" rather than "pencil" shape.”
