“I bought these shoes for a wedding to wear with the Hobbs Carly dress. Unfortunately the shoes arrived in a pretty bad way, basically they had already been worn. The soles of the shoes were scruffed, the heel on one had come off, there was the imprint of the last users feet inside the shoes. No the look I was expecting for the price of the shoes. I immediately contacted Hobbs to explain why I was returning them, so they didn't think that I had used them and then returned them. The reply I got back from them was a bit automated, which led me to believe that they didn't believe me, I then sent them photos of the shoes. The next reply then was again an apology, a code for free delivery (for me to order another pair) and that they would use the photos for an internal investigation, of which I have not heard a word about. The apology I accept, but a code for £1.19 delivery, really, rather an insult. I have since ordered another pair to be delivered to the store, which were boxed correctly, lovely shoe bag inside the box etc.”
