How is the fit? A Little Small

“Ordered online and went for pickup delivery at a Hobbs store. I am so glad I did that because I wasn’t prepared for what happened next. I was asked if I wanted to try them or just take the box and go. I decided to try them right there and then: my left shoe was a bit tight; the right shoe was from a different brand ‍♂️, Clarks! Needless to say I left without them but am still so baffled!”
