As a long term customer of Hobbs, I was extremely disappointed to receive my purhchase, which I ordered with a 'next day delivery' as I really required it on time for a trip. First, the parcel arrived in two different days in two separate parcels, with the shoes, which I required more urgently, coming in seond. Very disappointing - why advertise next day delivery, when items come separate? Surely, if a customer orders more than one item in the same order with 'next day delivery', they need BOTH items the next day?! The Adrienne court shoes arrived with one of the shoes being visibly dirty!! (where is quality control when items are shipped for customers?!) - since they are light pink suede, it was obvious that it was previously smudged and there was an unsuccessful attemp to clean it up - for a £139 shoe, it is unacceptable to even send it to customers! Since the shoes arrived a day later than I thought I would get them (given I paid extra for next day delivery), I didn't have time to re-order them, which caused a lot of hassle and inconvenience to re-package it and return. Due to Hobbs' internal systems, customer service could not do anything to send another pair, so they could not offer any remediation, beyond apologies. On top, I had to wait for a refund for over 10 days - I would have expected given the photo evidence, the circumstances, the inconvenience cuased, and being a long term customer, that would suffice for an expedited process, but no. Seems like, prices are going up and customer service and quality are going down. Very disappointed of this experience.

These shoes are a perfect match for my Hobbs Rosabelle dress. Unfortunately they are over priced and due to them being suede they may mark easily.
