“I’m giving a one star as 0 isn’t possible. Really disappointing experience with Hobbs. Ordered two side bags that were in the sale, one arrived in good condition and the other in a horrible condition (dented and scratched all over) no packaging just thrown in a cardboard box Unfortunately I was due back to the uae the following day and couldn’t return the item. I contacted them on what’s up and it is such a slow Service, I had to nudge them 4-5 times for a response, the telephone number is dead line. I finally receive a email and they tell me they can only give me 10 percent discount for an old ragged out ex display piece. I asked them to refund me 50 percent as I’m Lumbered with it. They refused and I agreed to 15 percent. Beware if you order online the after sale service is next to nil and the products sent are in worst condition. Disappointing for a brand that claims to be high end highstreet brand. Disappointed as an international customer I’m use to A class service”
