“Came on time. Colour matches perfectly with my dress. Lovely fascinator that sits nicely on the head. Pleased with my purchase.”

“The Alisa Fascinator is very pretty although the delivery process was terrible. It arrived in a half open cardboard box and the fascinator was a little squashed. It wasnt even in a plastic bag inside the box. I did share this feedback with Hobbs who suggested returning it but as its now out of stock and it coordinated with the silk dress that I purchased I felt I didn't have much choice but to keep it. I was offered a 10 % discount off the fascinator, which was a little stingy given the overall spend I had made for my full outfit. I have purchased 2 full outfits for both my daughters weddings over the last few weeks and usually they are excellent but not a great experience overall on this occasion.”
