“I received a return, and found a dirty paper napkin in the dress pocket. The extra button was missing and the dress smelled of perfume. It had obviously been worn and returned. Luckily I had not paid full price. I contacted customer services so that hopefully this will not happen again, and I am yet awaiting their answer.”
