“Purchased online . Saw the shorter version in Hobbs Metrocentre. Staff were excellent. They phoned Newcastle to see if they had the longer version to no avail. Offered to go online and order. I declined. However at home I ordered online to be delivered to Metrocentre. Having paid for the dress when I tried tracking it informed me there was no stock in my size 10. Hobos Metrocentre confirmed that it had been shipped and they would contact me when it arrived. Staff at Hobbs Metrocentre are excellent and should be commended for their service. Please make them aware. THANK YOU.”
