“This dress is too big. I have no issues returning because it didn’t fit right. However, when I went to store to return, I was told I was not able to do so because not purchased in store. However, on my receipt it clearly states return to store YES! I now have spent over an hour trying to reach customer service expert but every time I am close they send me a form to pay money to speak live chat or online chats. This is the worst company I have ever ever dealt with. Who charges their customers to speak to customer service?”
