“Gorgeous broderie cotton dress in a very nice shade of navy. Sadly though too small so had to return and will buy size 14”

“The dress is lovely and great quality. My only disappointment however was the state it was in on arrival. Completely screwed up and clearly not what had happened to it in transit. It had obviously been put in the box like that. Very odd, considering how in the stores, garments are being steamed all the time! I had to iron it to try it on properly to get an accurate idea of what it looked like in reality. I was a bit surprised at Hobbs for this. I imagine many another would have simply sent it back. Thanks, Helen”
