“I am unable to review this skirt, as I have never received it. I ordered this 2 weeks ago and I haven't received this yet. This was the first time I've ordered from Hobbs online, and the experience has been extremely poor. There does not seem to be any reason for this delay, and the turnaround time is not really acceptable for a retailer of this size.”
