“I purchased item on line, when they arrived one shoe had a black mark on it. These were returned and another pair ordered. They arrived worse than the first purchase- they were not a pair!! Different shade of pink. These shoes were also returned. I am very disappointed as the shoes were to go with a dress purchased from Hobbs for a very special occasion. I am now desperately trying to find shoes to go with my outfit. Perhaps your shoe buyer should be made aware of this and a quality check made before you deliver items I look forward to your comments.”

“We visited the shop to find an outfit for a wedding. The staff were very helpful, and overall we had a good in-store experience. However, they didn’t have my shoe size in stock, so we had to order the shoes online for home delivery. That’s where the issues began. After a week, I hadn’t heard anything from HOPS, so I contacted customer service. Their response was that the shoes should arrive in a few days. In reality, it took an additional 7 days — a total of 14 days from the time we placed the order. I was disappointed by the lack of communication during this time, which made me worry that the shoes wouldn’t arrive in time for the event. When the shoes finally arrived, I was appalled by their condition. They looked dirty, with a black mark and an ink stain on the back, and the front appeared worn, as shown in the attached picture. I didn’t return them because we needed the shoes for the event, so I did my best to clean them. Overall, I like the design and quality of the shoe itself, but given this experience, I would think twice before ordering shoe from HOPS again.”

“I bought these shoes to match a wedding outfit and I am absolutely delighted with them. They fit really well, they are not too narrow so therefore don't pinch. They are plain but very classy looking.”
