“I originally wanted the sandal in suede, but after three visits to the shop returning the shoes twice, I ended up having to have them in leather. They are comfortable but not as comfortable as the suede option. The staff in the Brighton store are fantastic, customer service is not so. My issue has been resolved but has left me reviewing whether I would shop Hobbs again.”
