Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I apologise that the first pair of Nadine Loafers that you ordered were missing in transit and the second pair did not arrive within the next day delivery timeframe. I sincerely apologise that the Nadine loafers have become faulty after only 2 wears, this is certainly not what we would expect, please do let us know on customerservices@hobbs.co.uk with photos of the faulty shoes if you have not already.
