“I have not received this bag. It was returned to Hobbs by EVRI. I am still waiting for a refund of the bag and the £6.00 delivery cost which I paid for next day delivery and never received. I have emailed Hobbs twice and have not received a response. I have tried to phone several times and the phone has not been answered. I am very disappointed with the customer service which seems to be non existent. This not like Hobbs who have always been helpful in the past but failed on this occasion. I would appreciate a phone call regarding my refund please. Than you”
