“The wristlet bag looked absolutely beautiful and stylish on the product page, and as it was described as a leather bag, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was a great disappointment. The material was not what I expected; although it may have been a different type of leather, it looked and felt more like plastic. The colour was also somewhat dull compared to the images online. Another issue was the delivery service. I had paid for next-day delivery, but the courier company sent me a message claiming they had attempted delivery and missed me, which was simply not true—they never came to my home. The bag was eventually delivered the following evening, by which time I no longer needed it, as it was required the previous day.”
