“The item arrived with the security tag fixed inside. I tried to contact customer service and after waiting 45 minutes on the phone gave up. We then wrote an email which has never elicited a response and an attempt to enter an on line chat was fruitless. I resolved our problem by getting the tag removed by a nearby retailer. This was a present for my wife for a recent wedding and would have been useless without external help. This is a pity as the product was excellent but the service so shocking that we would never purchase on-line from Hobbs again. STILL AWAITING AN APOLOGY. Arthur Daines”

“Bought this to wear at my son’s wedding. Prompt delivery, good communication as expected. Beautiful soft ivory leather bag perfect match for my outfit. Also like the discreet branding. Very versatile- can be worn three ways. Good quality dust bag for storage. Excellent pricing for a quality leather bag. I’m sure I’ll get much use beyond the wedding. Impressed”
