“Bought on sale. Ordered size 8 and 10 but one arrived in half opened box and the coat was covered with a lot of fluffs, animal hairs? and long grey hairs! But the other one was okay.”

“Avoid !!! Received the delivery in pieces, placed like trash on the floor in front of my door. The order was a gift , and the gift box was paid for. However, the gift box was sent two weeks later with ripped edges go straight to bin. This was the most unsatisfactory service I have ever encountered.”

“The coat is great and fits well, it is a flattering shape. I am 5’3” and would have preferred it to be a wee bit shorter but I have worn it a few times already and love it.”
