“I can’t really comment on the coat which I bought for my wife as it was never tried on. The £379 coat arrived just in a plastic bag!!!!!!! Despite the bag being sealed the coat was wet through and smelled of urine. It was disheveled and looked like it had been kicked down the street. You can imagine my wife’s reaction who is (was) a regular buyer from Hobbs. Where has the prestige gone from Hobbs!!! Lovely boxed items that looked a joy to unpack. Now no better than any other standard high street retailer. Indifferent customer service who didn’t seem interested or concerned. If I could have given a zero score I would have given if allowed.”

“Very warm and beautifully soft 100% wool coat. This coat is well cut and unfussy. It fits well and looks stylish. I also love the shade of green. I think it may be the very best winter coat I've ever purchased. I expect to enjoy wearing this coat for many winter seasons to come.”
