“I purchased this trench coat online the colour was just fantastic however the sleeves too long for me, I’m now going to lose a bit more weight to get the smaller size as that fitted especially on the arms much better but didn’t quite fit across the bust. I also would like to say that I received fantastic service from Sarah in the Birmingham store ( she also works in Leamington Spa store occasionally. Sarah went above and beyond to help me. Fantastic Service”
