“I bought this item in March and was thrilled with the look and style, but the quality is terrible. Within 1 week the stitching on one of the pockets was undone and many of the buttons were loose and continued to be extremely delicate. By week 6 one of the buttons on the shoulder came off completely and the cloth that was buttoned to the jacket fell off, so I was left with a lopsided appearance in the middle of a professional conference with no way to fix it. I returned to London and tried to take it back but the store personnel (Alisha) was extremely condescending. She told me that I was supposed to sew the buttons on myself when I brought it home and that the shoulder tie coming off was because I put my shoulder bag there (umm, where else is it supposed to go) and that stitching around the pocket coming undone was also my fault because... wait for it.. I put my hands in my pockets!!! Seriously?? A lovey coat that cost me over £200 that I was supposed to sew myself immediately when I got home and that it couldn't be "used" in that I can't put a handbag strap on my shoulder or my hands in my pocket - you have got to be kidding. After some debate and being "told off" repeatedly for wearing/using the coat, Alisha agreed to "do me a personal favour" and to replace my purchase. I was very tempted to take the replacement back to another store for a return, but I honestly couldn't be bothered. In short, great looking coat, terrible quality and awful customer service. I anticipate spending an additional £50 on repairs when I wear the new coat after a couple of turns.”

“Beautiful coat, quality item, would highly recommend. I'm 5' 4" and worried that the coat would be too short in the back having chosen petite, but this was not the case, it fitted beautifully.”
