“I have not worn this coat yet - I bought it in the middle of a heatwave! However I'm looking forward to enjoying it when the weather gets cold!”

“I bought this Joelle Puffer jacket but unfortunately I had to return to one of your stores as I was not happy with the zip function, sometimes it zipped as it should and sometimes it did not.”

“I ordered this puffer coat. Lovely colour and a nice fit unfortunately I have had to return this jacket as the zip was faulty. Sometimes the zip would function properly but most times it got stuck. A great shame as it was lovely puffer coat. Perhaps I will order another petite 12 coat and the zip might work.”
