“I returned this jacket because it did not suit the dress that I wanted to add it to. However, I had no issue with the design generally. This said I was astounded by the creased state that the jacket arrived. I do not expect this from any company but I was taken back that a company such as Hobbs would send expensive clothing out in this manner. If I had kept this Jacket It would have required professional steaming.
It isn't good enough.”
