“A loyal customer at the Chester branch, the Manageress (Sue) has exceptional customer service. The Chester store did not have the jacket in my size Sue and her staff went beyond to assist me, happy to say I now have the jacket and it compliments my guest wedding outfit, lovely jacket highly recommended.”
