How was the material?

How is the fit? A Little Small

“I suppose some people might like this dress but I thought it was frumpy .The colour was not as attractive as it appeared online and the fabric felt a little slippery I also thought it was slighly too short in the body and sleeve length . I always wear Hobbs petite and all my petite dresses are a perfect fit, but this dress seemed to be somehow ultra-petite . I hope Hobbs have not changed their sizing ?”
