“The dress is lovely and Hobbs does petite cuts better than most. That said, I’ll continue to buy Hobbs Petites, but only through 3rd party retailers like John Lewis. They ship using Evri, which is the worst. I ordered with next-day shipping on Wednesday, but after the cutoff time, so expected it to arrive on Friday. It didn’t arrive until Tuesday. When you do return an item, Hobbs takes much longer than most retailers to issue your refund.
