“The dress is gorgeous!!! I bought it to wear at my twin granddaughter’s christening, was very disappointed how the parcel arrived, it was in a plastic bag then placed in a paper bag for £179 I would expect it to be on a hanger in a box, the dress was a little creased, so Hobbs please look at the way you pack garments as we are not talking Primark prices here.”
