“Despite ordering a petite dress, the dress was far too long. I am 5ft, 3 inches tall. Even the shop assistant was surprised at how long the dress was when I returned it. We both checked that it was indeed a petite fitting and it was. The same problem occurred with 2 other Hobbs petite dresses I ordered from John Lewis. Again the shop assistant was very surprised at how long the dresses were, and checked to make sure they were petite. Clearly you have a problem with petite sizing which needs to be addressed.”
